Difficult training but for a good reason as it gives great preparation and simulates the emotional response I imagine I will feel when I have to go to court
Excellent day and pace pf learning with great examples provided by Richard (Stone) to help us understand certain points throughout the day.
I had a lot of experience of court however never having given evidence before, it was useful to learn specifically how to manage questioning and cross examination techniques.
