The course did not fully deliver on the original brief or expectations set beforehand. Some key topics that were anticipated were either only briefly touched on or not covered at all. This made it difficult to connect the learning outcomes with the objectives that initially motivated my participation. In summary, while the course had value and provided useful takeaways, it fell short of its potential. With better alignment to the original brief, clearer structure, and deeper exploration of key topics, it could have been a much more impactful learning experience.

The trainer seemed highly informed re the content matters however there were some issues re the course contents. The training was then done off hand based on some questions that applied to our area so felt a little disjointed in regards to the training and course material.

I have worked for the Police for 18 years in a number of different roles (Helpdesk Officer, Special Constable, PCSO, Police Officer) and I wish I had, had this training as I feel that it would have helped me in those roles. I am excited to take what I have learnt and apply it in my new role for the Local Authority. My trainer was Stephanie today and I would like to give extra feedback that I honestly thought she was amazing at what she does and her knowledge. She honestly really inspired me into learning more and putting all the information that she gave us into practice.

A well presented course with great instruction and guides to better witness statement writing and evidence giving.
