Its best to have a hard paper copys. In this case we don't have a case, its going to be very hard how far we have to go.

Interest course and diverse content with good range of case law. Less clear on how to apply within supervisory body role now or in future. Less assured when understanding differences in Wales, bodies, professional and care sector roles. Really took on the centrality of person centred, psycho-social, human rights perspectives with DoL and SB activities, more please! Will help to build case for extending training offer available for roles and mainstream staff

Good for my role

Would have been better for some more application to my role as a Whistleblowing investigator.

Good trainer but I didn't feel it was related to DoLS and signatory body work.

I really enjoyed the BIA update, everything I expected and more was covered. Not only is it a great refresher, but the world moves on and the update on case law and policy was paramount. Time to reflect now and really apply this to my practice.

The BIA Refresher training delivered by Max was insightful and highly relevant to my role as an Adult Mental Health Social Worker and BIA assessor. Max demonstrated exceptional expertise, provided clear answers to questions, and ensured full understanding throughout the session. I would highly recommend Max for any BIA related training.
