I really enjoyed the course and felt I learnt loads.

The course was excellent, and Sue was fantastic. It was incredibly interesting, and Sue was a knowledgeable and engaging trainer who was able to answer all of our questions with confidence and expertise. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and feel much more knowledgeable and confident as a result. The training has given me the skills and understanding I need to provide the best possible support to the people I work with. I would highly recommend this course and, in particular, any training delivered by Sue. Her passion, experience, and ability to make the learning both informative and enjoyable made the day extremely worthwhile.
