I really enjoyed the BIA update, everything I expected and more was covered. Not only is it a great refresher, but the world moves on and the update on case law and policy was paramount. Time to reflect now and really apply this to my practice.

The BIA Refresher training delivered by Max was insightful and highly relevant to my role as an Adult Mental Health Social Worker and BIA assessor. Max demonstrated exceptional expertise, provided clear answers to questions, and ensured full understanding throughout the session. I would highly recommend Max for any BIA related training.

Very interesting lecture. Related it to digital forensics and it was interesting to hear how our reports would relate from a lawyers perspective, by both defense and prosecution. I feel a lot more confident in writing a report and having a checklist from Bond Solon will be very useful for our expert witness report writing module for our degree

Very useful introduction to negotiation. Lots of frameworks and approaches I had not heard of before and threads to pull on to do more learning/reading and build on (Thomas-Kilmann, Patrick Forsyth, Tim Hindle, Cathy Birch). As well as taking a step back and making me think about the preparation and the approach I take to a negotiation.

The refresher course was a learning curve as there are some areas which I was had forgotten. I will make use of them.
