Faye was an excellent trainer. She tackled all the key points and was an interesting and engaging trainer, bringing in anecdotes from her own experience, which kept us all interested.
Excellent course content, transferable to role, enthusiastically delivered
The de-escalation advice was great and used examples in real life as well as those typical to my workplace. Sometimes online training sessions can be boring but John kept it interesting with stories about his personal experiences.
I really enjoyed the level of listening to Barbara speak, and joining in with the course myself. The content was clear, pitched at the right level, without too much legal terminology to learn or understand. It was useful to have farm examples which I could directly relate to. There were ample breaks and lunch time opportunity. I liked looking back on learning objectives noted at the beginning of the day realising I had met them in the course content.
Very good course, very clear in presentation with key points for practice.
Great trainer, really helpful! Taken away lots of tips to improve. Especially liked how to combat difficult questions and take control of the situation.
