It was a great session. It flowed well and Neil kept us engaged. The breakout rooms worked really well, and it was really helpful that we kept changing groups meaning one person wasn't overpowering a group. I felt everyone was able to interact and everyone spoke during the session. It was good to hear a different perspective on complaints.

i will still always seek support and sense check when repsonding to complaints. i would prefer not to have a full day on teams though, i find it hard to concentrate and work from a screen all day so feel this let the course down

Overall, the course was a good starting point for learning how to write medical-legal reports. However, I feel it is not sufficient for my needs, particularly if I want to take on more complex work in the future. That said, it was a helpful introduction that has given me a foundation to build upon

Very enjoyable and informative training. Specifically enjoyed the back and forth discussion and the expertise of the trainer.

This was a very well designed course and Nick was brilliant at delivering it. I particularly liked his ability to give very pertinent examples of many issues.
