Examples provided not relevant to area of practice. Very slow, feel like it could have been done in half the time.

I enjoyed the course - the trainer was knowledgeable on the subject and talked through the process. Enjoyed doing a case study to understand the process of gathering and recording complaints.

I have worked in HMRC for 20 years and this is one of the best training sessions I have ever attended. The presenter was extremely knowledgeable and engaging, and put the group at ease with regards to what can be a very worrying subject/process.

I was sceptical at first with the level of content. However, as the training unfolded, saw how I could use aspects of the training in my current role away from official interviewing.
