Excellent, informative and comprehensive training

I have complete the Bond Solon court training for the 3rd time and have taken new insight each time, including this course. The trainer has a wealth of knowledge to impart, and it is a shame it is only a single day course.

Max was a personable, engaging trainer. Max ensured patience and empathy throughout, especially in that the course was law heavy and complex. Max explained case law in layman's term, which ensured that the group were fully understanding and comfortable in this. The course materials were accessible.

Great course. Huge amount of information that has be explained well and started to embed with logical and clear explanation. I do feel the group work is best placed on the last day as it is quite taxing, however at the same time helps you pull all the information together. The smaller individual question, gives you a warm up to this.

My only criticism is the actual exam form. If you click too close to the question, it can change your answer, which it did to me, repeatedly, which if I hadn't checked, could have caused some serious errors on my part.

I think this was the most interesting of all parts of the CUBS certificate. Despite of some topics being dry and convoluted, the booklet, exercises and the tutor managed to retain my attention and interest throughout 2 days. Overall - I am very positively surprised with the last 2 days. Civil law is more interesting that I thought it was.
