Really interesting course. Loved the case study in particular

Good and useful information, but could have used the manual more and also got quite rambly at parts. More interaction could have helped break up some of the info being thrown at us.

I have only 1 negative response to the course, it could have been done in one day and not over two days. I was informed that it would be all day learning on the two days.

Brilliant training, very knowledgeable, skill enhancing and relevant to all area's of my role in children's safeguarding. Trainer Francesca was great, clear, informative and had great knowledge and experience which made the training even more interesting and engaging.

Brilliant course, i would recommend to my colleagues.

No fluff and fillers, just good content well delivered and stayed on topic.

Very relevant to my role. First CHC training completed by non health facilitator so was good to have a different perspective. Gave pointers on what to do/look out for aside from fighting the financial battle!

Excellent refresher around a complex area of practice for which it is a useful investment to return periodically.

I enjoyed today's training, having little experience with CHC it has given me a brilliant foundation to take into practice. The use of case law and the case study was engaging and interesting content. Sue, our trainer was engaging and delivered the content with confidence and made me feel welcome to ask any questions I had.
