Interesting techniques for creative thinking

The course materials are very comprehensive, you can see a great amount of thought has gone into the production of these resources. It can be difficult to follow which document is in play, but as discussed during the session, this is probably due to the distance learning aspect. I also think it feels a lot due to there being word documents embedded within documents. Philip Bond (not mentioned above) was also 5*, he provided great tips and advice, his acting skills made the role play scenarios as realistic as they could get. I'm grateful for his specific feedback.

Really enjoyed this and appreciated the time to reflect on my own comms skills - the content itself wasn't new to me, but I valued the opportunity for reflection and conversation. Paul was very convivial, engaging and friendly - the onus was on thinking, talking and not on motoring through Powerpoints which was a real blessing.
