Fantastic trainer with a great personality who delivered a highly interactive session that was very interesting and helpful. There were lots of useful information provided which will can be applied to life professionally and personally. I would highly recommend this session to my colleagues, especially some individuals who could massively benefit. The slides and breakout sessions were highly engaging and ensured that everyone was included, and joined in. This particular trainer ensured that every comment and question was answered the attention to detail and all taking part was tremendous, and very engaging.

Really interesting subject - far larger than I actually imagined. Some great understanding of personality and behaviour traits to look at along with technique models, plus hints and tips around negotiating with different personalities - James was a great presenter and very engaging, thanks

I have learnt a lot more about the different legislations. It was a good mixture of interaction and learning from slides. This allowed a deeper understanding and to maintain concentration more easily. It was useful to have examples of good notices. Good amount of breaks. Some questions needed more time whilst others needed less e.g. less time writing notes about lunch break.

An excellent training session. Tim's knowledge of both the legal background and practical application was outstanding, and he answered every question with confidence and clarity. The course was well organised, engaging, and highly interactive, making it easy to stay focused throughout. By far the best training I have attended so far.

Excellent course, perhaps a little less focus on witness statements and some more advice on handling difficult interviews would have been useful. I feared that having been in my role for 5 years i would not have gained too much from this course. I am pleasantly surprised how much I have picked up. Thanks

i had previously attended a bond solon training course over 2 days, however i felt as though karen taught me more during this 3 hour session than i had previously learnt over the 2 day course led by another individual. karen was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and extremely engaging throughout. i thoroughly enjoyed the session and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for training in this area
