Overall comments - The most confusing part to me was the documentation provided - i was constantly confused what was where and in what workbook or paper. Richard provided that clarity. Courtroom skills and Francesca was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the day, and learnt a lot - an absolute must for all senior managers and safety professionals - this should be made into a single day learning course as this hold so much worth. Good input. Trainer knows his stuff. Didn’t feel like I made massive leaps and bounds in my understanding but there was some very valuable points which I will use in the future.

Jim was brilliant - he managed to make it completely engaging, fun, and applicable to our job role. He used lots of different learning styles for everyone and ive come away feeling 10 times more confident than when I went in!
