I found the course very informative. Jim was really good at providing clear and concise explanations, as well as examples. There was a lot of content on the course which covered many elements.
I have completely enjoyed this course, i have gained a lot of knowledge, allowing me to be more confidant in my working role as a Tenancy relations officer. This course will support me planning and prepping for future PACE interviews.
I had done the training before but this was certainly a worthwhile refresher
overall good training however do feel learning the defence part of the program would be better in person.
I would recommend this course as its useful for my role. There were loads of relevant information shared .
A very interesting course with good break outs where we were able to discuss topics and put what we were learning into practise.
