This has been the best training course I have attended since I started working in 1989. Geraint prepared me extremely well for what to expect in court and what it feels like to be examined. Jim was amazing at explaining everything. His choice of words and sentence structure were excellent; everything flowed naturally and sounded very professional.

Fantastic course, excellent trainer. Good balance of group work, solo work and theory vs practice. Would recommend to anyone wanting to learn more about negotiation, whether they are new to it or an old hand wanting to pick up more tips. Thank you.

Fantastic course. James was engaging and used lots of methods of interaction to keep everyone engaged. Learnt lots which will be taken away. I hope that we have the opportunity to join some more courses with Bond Solon and James.
