I only put 8 as I feel it needs to be put into practice and get some experience in it carrying out interviews

I thought the online format worked well. It was easy to place us into breakout rooms. Everyone seemed more comfortable with being at home and there were regular coffee/leg stretch breaks.

Really well delivered course by experienced and professional instructors who were willing to pass on advice as well as listen to feedback from experienced students. Keeping a vetting theme to what could have been a generic interviewing course was very helpful.

This is very useful training and I think all nurses not just newly qualified should this and Doctors too. This will also help physiotherapist and occupational therapists.

The training was really good and engaging. I didn't realise how little i knew until i was learning so much on this input. Probably one of the most valuable inputs i have received.

Having been in the police for 12+ years, I have had a fair amount of experience in both Magistrate's and Crown court. The course, however helped me understand the work of a defence solicitor as a whole and it really allowed me to open my eyes up to the techniques/strategies utilised by both prosecution and defence solicitors in court. The trainer, Geraint was extremely knowledgeable and he is clearly an expert within the law field.

I feel slightly more confident being called to court as a witness/OIC. It's been very insightful hearing directly from a defence lawyer on what to expected and what is expected of you when you attend court.
