Max was well prepared and delivered the training in a way that was easy for us to understand. There were lots of discussions and case studies, which made it easier to understand the practical side of implementing this legislation.
The day was well managed, informative and continuously engaging. The use of both public incidents and trainer's personal experiences to emphasise the various elements of the training was great. Being able to understand both good and bad practice and the difference that it makes is invaluable not just for a loggist but in work and life generally. The written information correlated well with what was being discussed. Thank you Ren for your time and teachings.

Some of the information was a good refresher but I did learn new things and made me think of other strategies
