Very good and helpful

A really helpful course to prepare me for a future role as an Expert Witness.

Fantastic course and although I found it very daunting to do the cross examination role play, I am so glad I gave it a go. Very useful. Course trainer is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and excellent.

An intense but very worthwhile course. It has given me much more confidence to undertake expert witness work. In fact I would strongly recommend that expert witness work should not be undertaken without attending a course such as this as a minimum.

Engaged and engaging presenter who was knowledgeable and accessible. Enjoyed discussions in break-out rooms. I would have appreciated being provided with basic anonymised examples/templates of joint statements to work from.

Tim was very effective, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the training and will try to adapt it into my role moving forwards. I don't think that the skill of interviewing can be learned in a single day, so I'm hoping there will be future opportunities (beyond the follow-up session) to develop confidence in an interview context.

Appreciated the additional examples & reference to individual cases providing examples.

The course was extremely well structured, and the facilitator’s knowledge was outstanding. They understood where participants were coming from and used this to make meaningful comparisons. Their humour made a complex subject much easier to engage with, and the practical advice on how to apply the law was especially helpful.
