I was initially dreading it but it was actually very interesting. All content was relevant to CSI with case studies. Lecturer was knowledgeable, but also had humour which made it interesting and engaging. Would definitely recommend.

The trainer was very knowledgeable with a vast amount of experience and super engaging. I felt comfortable asking questions and even though role play is always unnerving, felt at ease and supported.

Really enjoyed the course. Good revision of taking it back to basics re legislation & policy and bringing them to life in real life case studies & practice.

Very good lecturer very engaging and answered questions the best he could able to practise and say things that may come in and how to deal with them
