It was fascinating and engaging, I still think id feel apprehensive but the fear isn't there anymore. This should be part of our nurse training along side record keeping, rather than fear stories on a night shift.

Great course, but difficult joining the course due to problem with the MS teams link sent.

No case studies were used. However, not really needed. Responding to questions - The trainer frequently did not answer questions, as he stated he could not give legal advice. Sometimes this was in response to what I felt was a generic question.

Would have liked more medical based actual hearing litigation's of past cases

Enjoyable/interesting day. Would recommend it.
