It was a very well organised and a comprehensive session which allowed us to gain a full insight into aspects of writing reports and complaints letters. Nick was very informative and engaging with appopriate humour and he offered us plenty of time to discuss and link the training to our respective roles.

I enjoyed the course, I felt the initial days was sufficient to prepare me for the assessment day, and the assessment day itself was realistic.

I think that the feedback given by the two trainers was brilliant. However, I think the witness statements we work off are quite unrealistic and using a better w/s for the 1 day in person event would be better as you’d hope everyone on this course wouldn’t go to court with that statement.

The presenter was engaging and understand the subject matter. However, the course was a quick run through lots of different models / approaches to conflict resolution approaches. It was very light touch and I don't think I will remember much / have much to take away to use as / when I need it.

I’m sorry to sound harsh but I have to say this course was disappointing to say the least. I have left with absolutely no new knowledge whatsoever. The course was not tailored to our field, the trainer did not understand our role, required documentation or the systems and having not even come from medical negligence. The activities were long winded, poorly explained and irrelevant.
