Very informative and a good refresher, as I have completed this training in the past, many years ago. Albeit, quite frustration due to the subjective nature when using the support tools for Continuing Health Care, to take this forward into practice. However, I will be referring to legislation and case law rather than focusing solely on the tools, when presenting the information to panel. Thank you.

As you can see with the ratings given above, this was a very good course with a very good trainer who made the subject both interesting and engaging. However, it wasn't the course I was expecting/signed up for - I signed up to attend 'Accident Investigation' training. I'm not quite sure what's happened here. As I said though, still a good course.

Very good speaker. Allows for input and speaks in a clear manner. Allows the mind to expand in a philosophical manner yet with real life examples.

Sue is very knowledgeable and is happy to answer any questions.

The training was informative, used real life situations which made it easy to follow and understand.
