The role play is great and I do recommend it. However, it would be better to know who you are going to be, perhaps the day before, so that you can prepare for your role play. In a real situation you would at least know who you are - it is very difficult to role play on the hoof when you are not that person and do not thoroughly know your witness statement. So not sure why we weren't given that opportunity... Other than that the course was great :)

• I thoroughly enjoyed the two days of training and felt it would have benefitted from being extended to three days, to allow more time for worked, practical examples. • The trainer was extremely knowledgeable and approachable, which helped put me at ease—particularly as this is a completely new area of work that I will be taking on on a voluntary basis. • As a result of the training, I feel confident that I would be able to undertake an internal investigation if asked to do so. • I intend to explore further training opportunities via the Bond website to continue developing my skills. • I look forward to undertaking further training with Bond in the future.

Informative and helpful training day

Overall comments - The most confusing part to me was the documentation provided - i was constantly confused what was where and in what workbook or paper. Richard provided that clarity. Courtroom skills and Francesca was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the day, and learnt a lot - an absolute must for all senior managers and safety professionals - this should be made into a single day learning course as this hold so much worth. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. Thank you Bond Solon!

Good input. Trainer knows his stuff. Didn’t feel like I made massive leaps and bounds in my understanding but there was some very valuable points which I will use in the future.

I found the training very interesting, the trainers were fantastic .

Overall, today’s learning has strengthened my ability to translate legal principles into practical, person centred decision making, and I will apply this consistently in my practice to support lawful, defensible, and respectful outcomes for the people I work with.

I feel that l still need to read more on case laws and different Acts and code of practice.
