Really engaging training - good pace and spent time explaining concepts. Allowed plenty of time for questions. Great course particularly given the range of existing knowledge delegates had at the beginning

The trainer was engaging, professional, personable and knowledgeable. He was patient and kept all trainees engaged in the topic and went at a speed that was required for all abilities. Excellent.

Really enjoyed the course and there was a lot of content that I can apply to general investigative work. It wold have been nice to have more relevant examples/case studies but I appreciate that isnt the area of expertise and Jim did make ever effort to use examples we put forward. It was really interesting to hear his experience and how all the techniques can get information from suspects...

Jim did a fantastic job of explaining concepts and checking out understanding. Loved the anecdotes and humour included in the course, helped create a relaxed, friendly environment. Enjoyed the content of the course, especially around questioning techniques.

Very good course and trainer. Ideally would have been 3 days to allow for more mock interview s

The trainer Jim was excellent bringing the subject to life. He explained all matters in a manner that was easy to understand. Very professional with a great delivery style. Used real example to aid learning. Facilitated effective group / individual engagement

Only issue is that the final day having multiple people go over the court room scenario again and again and is a little repetitious and you don't learn that much after the first few. Obviously it's good for each individual to practice getting questioned though

I felt this course was very legislation heavy and would have benefitted more from examples from practice relevant to the audience. I liked the break out room exercises. the facilitator was well informed and responsive to discussions, but feel the content and powerpoint were very dry and non engaging overall. I have previously found Bond Salon training to be more relevant to practice.
