The trainer kept everyone engaged through using role play, asking questions direct to each person in the room, giving regular breaks to ensure we did not lose our attention span. Quite useful all around particularly liked how the role play was used to show us the interview models being used in real time.

Great trainer. Very engaging and explained everything well. It is a lot to learn in 2 days but the trainer and the notes helps to overcome that.

Course was really well structured, learnt a lot and great to see how staff have interacted.

Excellent course and knowledge that I will now be able to use in my day to day work.
