Very intense course overing a complex subject matter. Very engaging and completely relevant for operational practice.

Course was pitched at a low level because some of the delegates had no previous experience of subject. It is not the fault of the course that some had experience and some were totally new. It just meant this was of less value to me.

Course material I did not have having to get it during the course & getting the material more days before the training is helpful for as I am dyslexic
