I found the training and trainer engaging, kept on subject matter and well measured

The course was very informative and useful as were the discussions. The additional materials provided by the trainer will help enormously in ensuring that staff have solid guidance for their needs. It would be helpful to have more in depth guidance on what constitutes legally appropriate recording but recognise that this is still very early days and we may see this in future updates from CQC and DHSC.

Length of course was suitable, ground was covered but not done to death.

The course was interesting and well presented. It proved a good refresher. However, the fundamental issue remains. It might be another 2-3 year before I have need for this, and by then my skills/knowledge will need refreshed.
