I did another course with Bond Solon on the same subject about six months ago, and it was really useful to have a different trainer, with a slightly different approach reinforce those elements that were discussed previously, especially where a second lesson would be useful, such as understanding rebuttable presumption.

Well delivered training course. The information delivered was pertinent to the differing roles of investigators and Emma explained the importance of understanding each role.
Emma was excellent as a trainer, she was exceptionally knowledgeable and able to provide relevant information and guidance around all the topics covered. What is a dry subject she was able to get engagement from everyone involved and provided relevant knowledge. All the material was relevant to Northern Ireland which was also very useful.
