It was a decent course, I learned something new and it also gave the team a chance to discuss different scenarios and gain a joint understanding.
Good facilitator. IT was a bit problematic however did not disrupt the sessions too much.
The course was very beneficial to my role. Each element of the course was explained, with useful references back to examples in everyday life and circumstance, allowing for greater understanding. The trainer was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Overall I would recommend this to colleagues and other people with interest in this field.
Great session and enjoyed the interaction within the smaller groups, was great to use an example and to pick this apart. It allowed for good discussion within the group and meant that people were comfortable to discuss, challenge and have differing opinions.
A lot of good tips and learning received during the course. All very useful in the event of going to court'
Overall the course has informed me about the different types of statements that can be taken to court, best practise for writing, and given me lots to consider in regards to how to prepare for writing a statement in the future. I think in future iterations, it may be useful for witness statements to cover a wider range of issues/subjects.
I have learned a large amount - but the subject is vast.
