I had completed the pilot just over a year ago, and this course is a marked approvement. Previously there was a big cross over with courtroom skills but that has now been removed and the course is much better for it. Trainer is very knowledgeable and is keen to share that knowledge and does so in a manner that is very easy to digest. The DS section could be longer to explain as I feel there is a gap in knowledge that I have noticed within my team. Not sure you require all of the pre-course reading. A case summery instead of the MG03, then the schedules, would probably be sufficient.

Good course - participant numbers probably need to be looked at to allow all to be cross-examined as par for the course

Max was engaging, informative and eloquent in his delivery of the course. The content was extremely relevant to y day-to-day role as a general case manager. The section on the capacity assessment was enlightening - a pity that the report is not more standardised - maybe this could be a contention for future work with the powers that be.

I found the different personality types really interesting as it's hard to please everyone, planning helps but there will always be people that don't agree with how you've approached something and that's okay as long as I've done my best it's all I can do.

It was a good day, although I would not be a great negotiator over night but could strengthen this in the future
