I would like to have included more on the child protection parts of the children's act which are more relevant to my work. Too much time was spent on the procedural rules and practice directions, which can be looked up as necessary. AI is already able to find the appropriate procedural rules from a direct question, making this area irrelevant.

I had an enjoyable training time. trainer was attentive and answered questions whilst also being interested with what our specify role was. Phil Bond was approachable and knowledgeable

Course would be beneficial to people at a basic level, wanted to go more in depth as already had a degree of knowledge

really good information and points of reflection. I enjoyed the close relevance to law and case law acting as a serious reminder of our duty here that can stretch beyond the time we are working with the person.
