Max was engaging, informative and eloquent in his delivery of the course. The content was extremely relevant to y day-to-day role as a general case manager. The section on the capacity assessment was enlightening - a pity that the report is not more standardised - maybe this could be a contention for future work with the powers that be.

I found the different personality types really interesting as it's hard to please everyone, planning helps but there will always be people that don't agree with how you've approached something and that's okay as long as I've done my best it's all I can do.

I felt the content was weighted too much to statement taking than toward report writing skills and, in my role, improving my report writing skills is really critical. I was already aware of the 5 part model and have used it previously so that element, although interesting, was just really a refresher. I would have found the day more useful if there had been greater coverage of report writing skills.
