Spot on

Informative, insightful course

The workshop was useful and I learned a lot. Our trainer is great and if he had some more local government examples he would be even better. The main feedback about our trainer, Patrick is that he has lots of stories to tell to illustrate points of practice however there were too many used overall, and too many that weren’t relevant to our work. It felt a little unstructured and we could have done with more practice and less talking.

I think some training material would be helpful rather than just using the manual.
