Overall, it was a brilliant course, and I learned a great deal about the subject. To make the course even more effective, I would suggest including more examples of real, previously submitted expert witness reports, with direct discussion on how predictions and opinions were applied in practice and subsequently interpreted. That said, I found the course extremely informative and valuable, and I would certainly recommend it to colleagues.

Very interesting. Like always in person training is always better if available but for online training it was excellent

Speaker/ teacher was very engaging, kind and patient. the report we were asked to review was very poor - it was the person's first ever report. it would be good to look at an example of a good report. also I am feeling very unsure about bringing a case study when I have never recieved instructions and the case studies were to do with businesses and surveyors (not medical field) so am feeling a bit lost as to how to make up a case study but will do my best. would be good if bond solon took into account that some of us have zero experience in being an expert witness (hence the reason for doing this course) and not ask us to imagine things that we have no experience of - perhaps provide us with a case study instead of asking us to make something up.

Good course on how to manage discussions between experts, which are essential in the work of an expert witness.

I found this a very helpful recap day and also learnt something new, particularly in relation to strategies for conducting joint discussions, which was my aim in attending. I therefore achieved my goal. Future training could, I think, be improved if it were possible to group participants by area of law, for example civil procedure, family law, and criminal law, and to run these sessions separately. This would allow all of the course time to be focused on the specific area of law in which I work. Overall, I did find the training helpful. Thank you.

Would be interested in learning how to write a report for Court, to find out if besides the written quarterly reports there is also a face to face/MS Teams meeting.

Tony was very good in engaging the audience but it was a difficult and dry subject overall, so it was hard going.

The course was presented very well and certainly gave me an awareness of Cryptocurrency going forward which is what I was looking to get from the Course. The use of images together with Tonys explanation was very useful and assisted my understanding. Thank you
