Course has a focus on behaviours and relationships which reaffirmed and refreshed earlier training and experiences. Tutor very engaging and informed. To make it more "real" a study on a commercial deal illustrating techniques and approaches would have been really useful

The training was a great supplement to the training manual and helped bring the material to life. I will still need to read through the manual in more detail at a later date to fully embed and reinforce today's learning. The trainer created an excellent environment for learning. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the subject matter, which made the session both informative and enjoyable. I think Microsoft Teams is a great medium for delivering training and it was used effectively throughout the session. One small suggestion would be to personalise the trainer's display name rather than using a generic label such as "Bond Solon Trainer 8". The trainer came across as very personable and approachable, and having her name displayed would have helped reinforce that connection and made the experience feel even more engaging.

I completed this course last year at a face to face event. I found doing the course online today was too rushed. Although we were frequently asked if we understood or if we had any questions, there was not enough of a pause for us to consider each topic, and share views/experiences, before we moved onto the next topic.

My knowledge has improved significantly but I also feel that there is a lot more to understand due to the recent changes.

A solid course with good guidance and insight into the legislation used.

Neil who took the session was wonderful. He took the course at a pace we had time to think, contribute and participate. He made the group feel comfortable to ask questions and be interactive. I feel my knowledge is greater following today and i am happy to recommend. the course would be 10/10 score if we had the materials in advance. That could have been a mis-communication between our learning hub and the training provider. It did not impact our session, but for future sessions should be noted.
