Well run, organised course with a lot of information to learn. The literature shared was very supportive. A lot of information to process over 5 days but the face to face training and attachments supported this. Sue's enthusiasm for the subject shone through. The interactive elements were great to help us retain information. I enjoyed the course a lot more than I expected. I would recommend this course to others if relevant to their role.

Judith was fantastic. I was quite nervous before undertaking the cross examination, but she really put us at ease, whilst giving helpful pointers after the mock sessions.

Really great day. The theory session in the morning was a great help. Enjoyed the practical session as well. Good way to boost confidence and understanding.
