I would say the most interesting course yet, very informative and relevant to working alone which i do 90% of the time with my role

Jim is very engaging and brings what can be a dry topic to be interesting and engaging with group interaction.

I really enjoyed the course. I did make a comment at the start that this would be a dry subject, but Jim was able to make it enjoyable and engaging. I am walking away more confident with my knowledge that I am able to take back and implement into my role.

Jim made the course very engaging and interactive. Reviewing what you knew at the start to what you know at the end of the course showed how much you had learnt without it being difficult.

The trainer was exceptional. He managed to maintain energy and enthusiasm across the two days from start to finish. A very dry subject was made interesting and the delivery was very engaging. Unfortunately, the examples and stories while interesting, educational and engaging (and certainly illustrated the concepts being taught) were on criminal investigations so was less relevant than if they had been regulatory examples. The course material also were criminal law centric and UK based. To be 10 out 10 we would need more IOM centric law and civil regulatory focused content. There is no doubt however than Jim is a 10 out 10 instructor.

Jim strikes again with another masterclass day in Case File and Prep!

Really enjoyable and well informed. Will take the course away and put into practice.
