As always, Ren was amazing and delivered the course in a very entertaining way. It was a good refresher and definitely I will apply some of the elements presented during the course at the workplace.

Overall, the training was informative, well-structured, and relevant to my role. The online delivery via Microsoft Teams was clear and interactive, and the examples and discussions helped improve my understanding of adult safeguarding, communication skills, and evidence handling. The course provided practical knowledge that I can apply confidently in the workplace.
