Great trainer who made the exercises engaging and interesting. It's a shame the materials haven't changed since last time I took this course. By using a witness statement with lots of issues it's difficult to answer during cross examination as we are not aware of additional information e.g. what written advice was provided to the farmer following inspection; what the allegation of suffering was that instigated the investigation.

I was really happy with the delivery of this online course. It was pitched at the right level and ran at the right speed. It is a complex subject and acted as a very good refresher from me personally having been a Controller in a previous role.
