Helen is lovely trainer. The whole group were fab, interaction, training and the conversation was easy. For such a difficult subject to learn about the course was engaging and in depth. I feel like i have a better understanding of suicide and just how important it is to ensure we are having the right conversations and supporting those who need the most help.Response : Thank you Stephen for leaving this feedback. Considering the topic it was a really enjoyable course. Helen makes the space feel safe and non-judgemental. I would highly recommend the course to anyone who carries out a role where they might come across someone feeling suicidal.Response : Thank you Julie-Ann for your feedback. A very well designed course for a subject that is very sensitive. Helen's skills and knowledge is testament to the content within the course and the way it is delivered. She's a fantastic trainer and really understands the subject of vulnerability. I learnt a lot, but the main takeout's for me were the sections around, helpful questions and responses - I hope I never have to use these, but if do, I will draw on these skills to help someone.Response : Charlotte, thank you for your kind comments. It's good to know the course was well designed and covered the topic in a sensitive manner. I hope too that you'll never need to use the skills from the course, however it's important to feel equipped and confident to know how to approach these conversations and how you will respond. So pleased to hear you learnt a lot from our session.
