A really engaging session on tough topics, Helen made it easy to contribute to the session, I felt safe to express my feelings and ask questions. The segment on suicide was very enlightening, statistics in particular. However, I am not sure this should have concluded the session.

It was a great course, plenty of interaction and candid discussions about suicide. Fantastic training. Was a great add on to my MHFA. The course provided me with practical knowledge on how to deal with a potentially suicidal customer.
