I found the course very interesting and it has given me skills and phrases to use when speaking to customers who are considering suicide. I also found the statistics very surprising as this just shows how often such incidents happen and this is something that is not mentioned much in society.

I felt the training was very well thought out and informative. Given the subject matter I thought it was very good we were given time to reflect, could interact as much as possible and were given advice on how best to look after ourselves as well as others.

Although it was a tough subject and at times emotional, I was glad to participate in the course and really learned a lot. Helen was a fantastic trainer and took the time to listen to everyone who wanted to share their own experiences.

For what is a really challenging subject, this was a really good course. I found the trainers personal testimony with regards to the subject very honest and open and really bought the course to life

Thoroughly enjoyed this course - the material provided and the trainer. Despite the subject matter I feel reassured when dealing with clients on the telephone presenting with these thoughts. I hope this makes me a better adviser as a result. I great big thank you and recommendation for me.

I thought Helen was very engaging and knowledgeable about the course topic. She also gave a very human approach to the training course and wasn't worried to show emotion which is actually quite rare. I felt this allowed everyone else to feel relaxed to share their experiences and really gain as much from the course as possible.
