Helen's honest, sympathetic approach to this subject was inspiring. It was clear that she had a lot of experience and knowledge in this area and the course content was delivered in an easy to digest manner. The content of the training session was incredibly eye-opening. I have never overlooked the seriousness of suicide as a topic, in a working environment or outside of work. However, having seen the statistics of the most-recent figures related to suicide in GB, this gave me further understanding of how prominent this is in modern society. In light of the above, the training needed to be delivered in a bespoke manner and I cannot speak highly enough of Helen as a trainer, or as a human being. She is incredibly inspiring and I feel grateful to have met her in person. Course run and organised well, I like the use of the workbook and instructions sent beforehand. The course itself was delivered very well, with much knowledge and care for the delegates on the course. Helen was excellent. Engaging and provided fantastic tools and resources for both myself and to take back to the team. The agree rating: is that some tools I am already familiar with. Helen was calm in her delivery. Explained everything very well. Answered questions asked in full which helped. The layout of the training was good as well from explaining what Suicide is, to then delving deeper into how we can help consumers on calls and what action we may need to do, and then how to look after ourselves. Very nice to meet you today. The training was delivered at a good pace all the way throughout. You made an effort to ensure everyone was engaged without overdoing it. Not really sure if this is something you can add, but I think if there was an example call (Doesn't need to be real, could be actors maybe?) that you could play for others totally new to this type of call, it could be a really good insight of how they can approach a conversation themselves.
