The course was very insightful and I feel more confident knowing that my team who are dealing with front line calls and emails, are more equipped with the conversational tools and signposting to deal with these difficult situations. I would have liked more breakout rooms, to engage with the team, provide more opportunity to sense check how they are all handling the course as it is an emotive subject.Response : Leeanne, thank you for taking the time to leave such positive and detailed feedback. I feel much more confident and informed to deal with any situation around the the subjects covered. the course was engaging and its great to have a framework to fall back on when dealing with these types of conversations. the only recommendation i could make it breaking up the course a bit more as its a three and a half course sessions with ten-ish minutes breaks every 80 minutes or so. i feel it would be easier to take in if the segments were shorter with slightly longer breaks. other than though the course was engaging and i think there was a lot of good points made on my session.Response : Harrison, thank you for taking the time to leave such positive and detailed feedback. Really enjoyed this course, Helen was extremely knowledgeable and a very engaging presenter. The second half felt a little rushed and I noticed there were a few pages in the workbook which we didn't cover, felt like we could have had a whole day and not run out of interesting ground to cover!
