The training was very thought provoking and engaging. I really enjoyed the combination of group discussion and listening to Helen and then also the break out groups, it meant everyone had a chance to discuss their thoughts and engage with the topic. I really learnt a lot from this training which I will now be able to use not only through work but also in personal life as well.Response : Kate, thank you for the feedback. I would say providing a completed workbook after the sessions have been would be useful for reference as current climate of not being in the office and unable to print or edit the doc quickly enough during training would be a plus. The below is what I have already shared with Hannah the course organiser As with last time, Helen’s course is a great blend of stats and facts, interaction from her as a lecturer and also interaction within small groups and then bringing the outcome/findings together. It was a great course, plenty of interaction and candid discussions about suicide. I'd highly recommend this course to anyone with an interest, and will be suggesting more people from my company are allowed to come along. Fantastic training. Was a great add on to my MHFA. The course provided me with practical knowledge on how to deal with a potentially suicidal customer. I found this course incredibly insightful. The trainer (Helen Pettifer) had a wealth of knowledge and experience in relation to all types of vunerability accross the board, and imparted very useful advice in dealing/addressing them all. Some points touched me on a personal level, and as such found it so helpful, I have used some tips and pointers in calls from members already. Also the information pack we received was well set out and easy to follow. A useful tool to have to hand. Helen is an excellent trainer and clear and concise with the information she provided. I thought the course was more self-reflection and what we can do to control ourselves in dealing with vulnerable customers. As we are the company chasing for payment, unless the customer tells us they are vulnerable, we are limited in what we can do, but feel more confident after the course to use what what discussedResponse : Kevin, thank you for your kind feedback.
