I particularly liked that the course was interactive as well as listening portions as I am a kinetic learner and this helped me to learn more information. I felt very comfortable with the trainer and that my participation would be treated well which made me actually participate more.

A really insightful course. A lot to learn on the subject not only to be able to take into my work life with vulnerable customers, but to be able to take home and use in my personal life also.

Maybe course could have finished earlier with a shorter lunch break

Helen was very knowledgeable and confident with the subject. You could see her passion for Vulnerable individuals and how can she make a difference by raising awareness. I would recommend Helen for training sessions.

Helen was very engaging and made what seemed like it should have been a dull and depressing 4 hours into a enjoyable experience where the time flew by, she uses a great amount of real work experience to bring a depth of knowledge on the subject
