Considering the topic it was a really enjoyable course. Helen makes the space feel safe and non-judgemental. I would highly recommend the course to anyone who carries out a role where they might come across someone feeling suicidal.

I found the information within this session to be such an eye opener, we have discussions with Insured daily regarding this topic and following this i will view their circumstances differently.

A very well designed course for a subject that is very sensitive. Helen's skills and knowledge is testament to the content within the course and the way it is delivered. She's a fantastic trainer and really understands the subject of vulnerability. I learnt a lot, but the main takeout's for me were the sections around, helpful questions and responses - I hope I never have to use these, but if do, I will draw on these skills to help someone.

I'm speechless. This course was moving, powerful, actionable and an absolute essential for life but especially those who are more likely to be exposed to people are considering suicide.

Helen was an insightful and knowledgeable trainer. She made a difficult subject accessible and meaningful, using personal events to hit home the importance of being able to have these delicate but life-saving conversations. I will take away a tool kit that will definitely make me more confident in dealing with suicidal conversations in the workplace and in the general public.

Helen is passionate, emotive, supportive and shares great knowledge in this training session. I thought I had quite a lot of advance knowledge on the topic but I found I learnt refreshing new ideas, facts and methods to take away. Throughout the training I felt safe and comfortable to talk openly on the topic without a fear of getting it wrong. The workbook and break out sessions support the presentation and make it an interactive morning. Helens passion for prevention shines through the module to ensure everyone is fully equipped should they ever need to support someone in crisis. I have also learnt new transferable skills/information for other areas such as empathy/emotions and control.

It was great training, although a very difficult subject. Helen was fantastic, professional and knowledgeable. I really liked the course content, the interactions and taking time to think and reflect. I find the course invaluable not only in how to deal with the difficult calls, but also with difficulties in our lives. The best training I've had so far and I would like to thank Helen for providing this training and also sharing it with us. An amazing training, thank you very much Helen.

Great course, just the right amount of talk with activities. Helen ensures all are engaged. I did after the training create my own crib sheet to pull out the quick bits. We had a suicide call the following day and I found the initial panic of remerging what was learnt could be replaced by having a quick pull up to help me
