Helen was a very engaging trainer who is clearly very passionate about the subject. She brought her enthusiasm to the day and managed to cover lots of ground in a short space of time (half day). I would definitely recommend Helen and/or have her back in the future for another session!

The training was well organized and very helpful. I believe this should be made mandatory based on the present statistics relating to Mental Health & Suicide related deaths

Although I deal with vulnerable customers a lot, I found this session very useful and it has given me some additional tools and a better understanding which will be very useful.
