I have learned lot of things regarding behavioural changes and managing it which i can use my daily duties including my personal life. Didn’t know what to expect for today’s course, but really enjoyed it. I now appreciate the valve of asking my patients just 2 simple questions to get to know them. Room feedback - to small for the amount of people in it. Bigger room needed, felt squashed
