Ben is a great trainer, he had the group fully engaged and I could see the course penny dropping so to speak on the cohort Iv done this course a few times now and Ben always brings something new and keeps the group engaged from beginning to end. PBS is a fantastic tool that I use and my team use day to day without fail

The training provided brief guidance and knowledge regarding challenging behaviour and people and how to understand and handle the behaviour. The video sessions can be added more to make it more enjoyable.
