Brilliant, teaching made fun & interactive so engaged learning more.

Learnt a lot, however training very theory based. Struggled to pay full attention till the end as lots of it consists of just listening.

Very informative and interactive, could do with a couple more groups sessions where your up and about however really enjoyed this

Excellent interaction and delivery

Really informative and went into depth about behaviour strategies that we already implement, which will help us improve current practices. The handbook was great too and will help in the future. Jamie was lovely, very knowledgeable and personable.

Really useful trainer was relatable and gave lots of great scenarios

Jamie made a difficult topic fun to listen to. Slight word of caution, the use of profanity could be less or eliminated completely
