The course was delivered wonderfuly. Andy was brilliant and very engaging. My only criticism was the length of the day.
Good content, not always applicable to our type of service and needs, however think level 2 will be, as the how to de-escalate a situation, how to respond to cues will be helpful.

I found the course really informative, I love that it was interactive and Ben was brilliant. He included everybody and made the content relatable.
The training was very informative, well-structured and engaging. The trainer demonstrated excellent knowledge of the subject and explained everything clearly, using practical examples that made the session easy to understand and relevant to my role. I appreciated the trainer’s approachable and supportive manner, as well as the opportunity to ask questions and clarify areas of uncertainty. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience, and I feel more confident applying the knowledge and skills gained from the training in my practice.
