Jake was really engaging and positive from the moment I stepped into the room, he ensured we was al comfortable and had comfort breaks to keep us engaged. He explained everything well and use lots of evidence based practice to back up all the learning points. I have taken a lot from this training session and will use PBS during my practice.

Was very helpful and hoping I can use this knowledge in the community when I may not have support like you do in hospital settings
