Course was very informative learnt a lot about how I will support patients and their families in my future practise. Kirstie was very enthusiastic about the course and demonstrated a lot of knowledge of which i learnt a lot from.

I found the course and the trainer highly engaging, entertaining and informative. I have come away from this session having learned about both how to interact with others, and also I have learnt new aspects of my own behaviour. Would happily sit through all that again.
