fantastic session- learned a lot of information that I can apply to practice- loved the discussion aspects and the various models used within the session. Ben was an amazing speaker- very engaging and talked about everything very clearly.

I found the course today very detailed and useful. It has allowed me to think differently about why certain behaviours are displayed. I do feel I I will think deeper now about what the person displaying this behaviour may be feeling/has experienced.

Ben was amazing at leading this session. He engaged us all and used an interactive learning approach. We were all involved and contributed to this session thanks for ben and his learning style of asking us questions and team work styles. Jack was engaging, thoughtful & provoked interesting conversations around behaviour. Provided relevant examples to different aspects of PBS which made the learning process better.

The training was great. A lot of information to take in ... intensive day. The trainer is absolutely brilliant. A plethora of knowledge and interestingly excellent in delivering the training. The suggestion I have, which I mentioned to Jack : if possible, change of pens to the ones with cap or rotating. It will be helpful to get away from the clicking sounds ( that might be uncomfortable for some) .

Good course. More clarity needed on who needs to attend all levels.
