Ben was extremely interactive and used plenty of examples throughout the day to help us understand the course in more depth. He encouraged us to take part in group/team work which was also effective to hear other peers ideas. He used a lot of his own experiences and didn’t just focus on reading off the PowerPoint. Thanks BenResponse : Thank you for your feedback, Charlotte. We’re pleased to hear you found the training interactive and that the use of examples and group activities helped reinforce the learning. We hope that completing the course will further support you within your role.
