Liam made everyone feel comfortable from the beginning. He was very engaging throughout and delivered all the information about the course in a way I could follow.

This was engaging and interactive. A great mix of presentation, group work and written tasks to keep me focussed. Liam was one of the best trainers I have had in recent nhs training sessions. He was clear, approachable and engaging. I think this course should always be done with your team, I would have had a different experience if doing with a group of different team members from varied areas/ work places
