Overall enjoyed the training session , the trainer was well prepared and made everyone engaged in her session also the venue was good and also parking near by, but the duration of the course bit longer , it would have more enjoyable if it cut short little bit. Thank you

Ben was exceptional today- Really made the course immersive for the group- kept our attentions throughout and made it enjoyable. Lovely change from the basic reading from PowerPoint type of study day that can get boring quite quicklyResponse : Thank you, Kellie. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear that Ben’s engaging approach kept the group involved and made the course enjoyable.

Liam was very engaging and kept us interested all day. I was told that the training was good by another colleague who attended last week so I was looking forward to it. It was very informative and well structured. It has given me some good ideas and techniques to take back on shift

Overall very good informative day. Some group work but would be better if there is more. More reflective practice could be useful so that it become relevant to the ward that they work on

Liam was really good at engaging with everyone, including an ice breaker activity at the beginning of the session which helped us get to know the people we were working with today. Learnt a lot especially new ways in how to communicate with patients in different ways to be supportive.
