Very effective course- exploring different ways to approach positive behaviour support. Lee was very descriptive and efficient in delivering materials.

Excellent study day. Lee was really interesting and easy to listen to. Patient and took the time to answer questions. Very useful topic, never had training like this in 25 years of being a nurse.
