Good content, not always applicable to our type of service and needs, however think level 2 will be, as the how to de-escalate a situation, how to respond to cues will be helpful.

The training was very informative, well-structured and engaging. The trainer demonstrated excellent knowledge of the subject and explained everything clearly, using practical examples that made the session easy to understand and relevant to my role. I appreciated the trainer’s approachable and supportive manner, as well as the opportunity to ask questions and clarify areas of uncertainty. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience, and I feel more confident applying the knowledge and skills gained from the training in my practice.

Ben provided a really educational course of which he clearly knows like the back of his hand, this made it really engaging and helped to trust his knowledge. He was passionate and obviously enjoys to teach the course, it was really useful and it prompted me to think about how I can use the theory throughout my day to day work as a physiotherapist! Thank you
