Great course and excellent trainer

Enjoyed very much, learned a lot of useful information

Could do with some interactive learning or a different style mixed with traditional “teaching” styles.

The training was informative and I have learn a lot which am going to apply it on my ward. Ben was very professional, he took his time to explain into details. Training was long but it wasn’t boring as he let use share our ideas and knowledge and we have a lot of activities. He also has previous experience which he applied on the training. Thank you Ben

Ben was extremely interactive and immediately made me feel comfortable and excited to learn.
