Really enjoyed today’s training. Very transferrable for work as well as personal life. Impressive to understand the science and studies to have built. Able to apply the knowledge to real life scenarios in work as well as well social experiments. No complaints whatsoever.

Today was great. We covered a lot of information and the pace was just right. Will be taking away useful strategies to use with clients (and family!) Ben was really engaging and the interest of the group was sustained. Thank you

Course was very useful. I can think of a particular member of staff that I work with who struggles to recognise non verbal cues that someone might be getting triggered. I am really glad that he has been on this training.

Response: Thank you, Jennifer. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear you found the course useful. It’s great to know the learning around recognising non-verbal cues and early signs of distress will be valuable in supporting positive practice within your team.

Great . Could understand a lot about human behaviour and changed my outlook towards treating challenging behaviour
