Liam was engaging and knowledgeable, the course was interesting and I will take away the feeling of a bit more confidence in dealing with patients, I will read up some more on the literature that he has given us,

Really communicative course and the content feels it will be beneficial in my role. For instance how attitudes can affect behaviours of concern and the different techniques used to handle different people. The trainer involved everyone who was in the course, allowing everyone to be vocal and voice opinionsResponse : Thank you, Jess. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear the course content felt relevant and beneficial, particularly in exploring how attitudes can influence behaviours of concern. It’s good to know Liam encouraged open discussion and participation throughout the session.
