Brilliant course information, delivered really well. Breaks were effectively spaced and the information given was all applied to real life scenarios which made it easier to remember! Especially in relation to the arousal model. Ben was brilliant, his stories really applied the ideas to the real world and also ensured that I maintained concentration!Response : Thank you, Kaylee. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear the course content was engaging and relevant to practice. It’s great to know the use of real-life examples and discussions supported your understanding and helped reinforce key learning throughout the session.

Enthused deliverey which was personable but content felt simplistic - this may relate to my professional background and may not have been experiwnced by those not in mh feild however i wish there was a bespoke course for those where this is the basics. There were some inaccuricies which did not feel pertiant to bring to the group (not everyone has autistic traits this is incorrect) but again the content was inthink tailored to a cohort without significant knowledge and experience In terms of course content white booklets and the layout of the quiz is less accessible for those with dyslexia or ndResponse : Thank you, Imogen. We appreciate you taking the time to provide such thoughtful and detailed feedback. We recognise that delegates attend our courses with a wide range of professional backgrounds and levels of experience, and it is valuable for us to understand how the content is received from different perspectives.
