I learnt something great today. People don’t just act up, they go through a list of processes and it is important to understand why and provide the best care. Overall, this is a really good course and an eye opener. Every staff should be doing this training.
Response : Thank you for such a powerful reflection. It is incredibly encouraging to hear that the course helped shift perspective and deepen understanding. Recognising that behaviour is a process, not just an isolated action, is a vital step toward compassionate and effective care. We are so glad the training felt like an eye opener and that it resonated strongly. Your comment about every staff member doing this training speaks volumes. Thank you for sharing your insight and enthusiasm.

Great course and greater trainer. Definitely going to remember that there are cues that I can look out for before the behaviour of concern becomes more serious and I can try to distract/ de-escalate verbally rather than avoid.
