Ben was really good at teaching the session. It was very engaging and it helped me remember that people have other situations happening in their life that cause them to get triggered more easily. He helped me realise that sometimes changing your approach to people can create better outcomes for everyone involved.

Ben was our trainer for today’s course. He was interactive and did lots of different interactive parts throughout this training. He was engaging and we had lots of breaks which was good. He was attentive and allowed time for questions and debates. He made it fun. Thanks Ben :)Response : Thank you for your feedback, Jessica – it’s really appreciated! This course was very engaging and interesting. I enjoyed the element of psychology and how we were made to think, question and give our opinions. We had opportunity to speak to each other with ideas and build rapport. I will utilise the techniques going forward in practice thinking about why someone behaves in a certain way and use de-escalation techniques which will aid my practice and enhance my care towards women and families. Ben made the day fun and I really enjoyed today! Thank you.Response : Thank you for your feedback, Leah – it’s really appreciated! I’m really pleased to hear you found the session engaging and thought-provoking, and that the learning will support your practice going forward. It’s great to know the interactive elements and discussions were valuable. I’ll be sure to pass your kind comments on to Ben.

Ben is a very talented presenter, who knows how to engage well with people aka the audience. Personally, you can see that Ben is extremely passionate for the subject and this clearly shows and projects well onto those listening. It was a really enjoyable training session. I would recommend it to others if they had the opportunity to attend also. Content wise, it was positively thorough and really urges you to think about how we are all human, and how to try and understand people and their emotions. I will definitely be utilising my booklet to educate others too. Thank you so much to Ben. It was extremely easy to be here and listen :)
