Today’s training has been amazing, Kirstie has given many examples from her experience and has motivated me to be the best care provider just like her. I learnt to be more empathatic towards my coworkers even if they are having a bad day. Kirsty was great, would appreciate activities to be spread out throughout as felt like a long day and really helped to keep me engaged
