Really enjoyed the course and learnt a lot on Understanding Behaviour and Developing Proactive Support Strategie. Ben was very good and made the day fun while learning.

I was initially anxious about the training today and how it was going to be as I didn’t know what to expect. I found the training really interesting and felt I got a lot more out of it than I thought I would. Ben made the course interesting and I enjoyed it

Very good and informative training session.

A really enjoyable course actually, taught me new things and reinforced the need for paying attention. Jack was good teacher, clearly he payed attention to what he was preaching and acted in a way that made you want to listen to him. Good amount of breaks, Activities were well designed. A nice quate to include in the section about how your actions are perceived would be "you judge yourself based on your intentions but judge others based on their actions".

I have learnt a lot of things I will take into practice. I am already using some of the materials taught but will actively work on where I lack. I found this course informative and something I am looking forward to
