The course was amazing, alot of valuable information that makes you think about your own practice and approach to patients. It gives you knowledge of how to engage with different people which is beneficial to working in healthcare. The trainer Ben was very welcoming and kept the course interactive to ensure that positive engagement was kept. Engaging session and good time to reflect and challenge what I do clinically. Helps give framework to reflect on challenging situations.

Useful practical tools to use in practice. Could be used with both staff and patients. Ben kept everyone engaged and was good fun which helped the course flow. Tea and coffee would have been good.

Brilliant! Ben was fantastic, I learnt a lot! The autism segment was amazing, I learnt things I never knew before which is so important as I would never have the opportunity to learn these things! Everyone who works with people needs to do this course!

Incredibly engaging and very experienced tutor. Knows how to engage with the different people that were on the course and presented the material in an easy but highlighting the importance of learning how to communicate and de-escalate situations with patients while enhancing the care for them. Such a great course for learning PBS, Jack was an amazing host, he’s very informative and kind. He explained everything with great examples and great evidence. Would definitely recommend Jack for more training courses. I really enjoyed the session today !!
