Trainer was Ben. I found the course very interactive, ensured we were always participating and understanding the information being presented. Learnt a lot today which I will be taking away and applying in practise. I found it helpful that Ben took out examples and help us understand how to manage or assess the situation . Real life examples were used to understand the principle . Overall really enjoyed this session, look forwards to part 2.
