The course was very informative and Ben the Trainor was well friendly, educated and engaging. He did a great job at building rapport with the room and used anecdotes and stories to keep the day interesting. I think the test at the end was easy because Ben did a great job at explaining everything.

Ben and Jack were very engaging with everyone. It’s made me think more about what other people may be going through and not to judge their initial behaviours
