PBS Level 1 - Positive Behaviour Support Reviews

I felt that I learnt a lot from this training and will be able to take my new learnt knowledge forward into my care role.

Very interesting course so far. Lots of discussion with a group primarily working in the same house so we are able to put experience into conversation.

Good day, interactive and interesting. Relatable and friendly. Appreciate the time and effort gone into the day.

The training was absolutely amazing. I thought it must be boring as discussing about behaviour, however, it was all the way round. Ben's explanation was really worth and wonderful 👍

Enjoyed the pbs course. Gave me an insight how to approach patients who have behavioural issues. The trainer was very good and we had a good interactive session

Ben was brilliant! Delivered such a difficult & important topic with great ease & clarity. I will definitely be trying to be more aware of the setting events and trigger points and viewing behaviour of concerns more as a way of communicating rather than a challenging behaviour. Thanks again.
