liam was very friendly and engaging from the very beginning, the course was interesting and allowed all of the staff to reflect on our workplaces and how we may let down our patients who require further support, and allowed us to reflect on how we can work together to make a change on our wards.

Liam made the course really interesting and funny. Felt like it could have been done in a shorter time as afternoon felt quite long.
