Really good course. I've been a nurse for a long time and find it made me look at certain situations differently. Its very relatable and useful to work. Group discussion was a bit big to work well. Trainer was great - knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly, warm and professional.

I was very dubious about the course but have thoroughly enjoyed it. Not only will it benefit me at work to understand behaviours and coping strategies with patients but especially at home with my own child with ADHD/autistic child. It has made me reflect on some of my practice at work and my own character for areas of development. Ben was brilliant - kept us engaged all day - definitely born to teach.

I found the course good and interesting. The theories were interesting and some content I hadn’t heard before. Ben was engaging and passionate about what he teaches. Liam also lovely.

Good level of interaction, I appreciated that there were not too many ice breakers as I don’t find these helpful with learning at all. The content was detailed and relevant to my role. It has caused me to reflect on my own behaviours and I hope I will change these going forward to allow me to be a more positive practitioner.Response : Hi Rachel. Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you found the level of interaction appropriate and the content detailed and relevant to your role. It’s great to know the session encouraged reflection and supported your development as a practitioner.

Some of the content felt ever so slightly repetitive but actually the course didn't feel impacted by it.

Course was very engaging. I now have different approaches to use to de-escalate patients when they’re starting to show cues.
