Trainer brill very good with Q s everything answered well. Handbook is good. Very knowledgable lectures. Only area consider altering (small point) is to try keep to order of handbook or change the order of handbook as couple times seemed to jump sections?

I find Sue very clear in how she communicates her training. I have learned a lot over the years with Sue.
more confident in structuring complaint - being more clear about what we want to get across and the evidence etc
i though the trainer where he used real life scenarios was helpful and useful tool moving forward
Useful training however I felt it was difficult to critique examples of complaint responses without the original letter of complaint and written by members in the training.
