Found this course very relevant and helpful. Wish I'd had the opportunity to do it before.

Jim delivered a really interesting course. It had a number of real life examples which were useful when thinking about how to apply the training in cases. It has added to my knowledge in some areas and given me new knowledge in other areas which I can take back to my team to improve processes going forward.
