It was mainly criminal based and I think more corporate based and processes with the corporate world would improve this.

Good overview of the types of sexual misconduct and the legal framework.

I thought the course would be more focussed on the whistleblowing elements of sexual harassment.

Simon was very knowledgeable and for those of us who are new to the area, he made it easy for us to understand. He explained the topics with clarity. Amazing trainer.

I feel I have been given excellent foundations on which to build and that the rest really will be down to applying them and experience doing the role as expert witness.

This course has been very beneficial for me personally and professionally when writing and submitting a expert witness report. The use of the report when being cross examined. I have completed all 5 days with Richard Stone, throughout the entire course he has been professional at all times. He is very informative and is very friendly and approachable. Richard has been accommodating at all times and explained everything clearly and ensured that everyone on the course understood what he was explaining and what was required from them. Thank you Richard.

I thought it was very interactive and engaging and will be using the skills I learned in the workplace.
