Perhaps I am being generous with myself but I felt that much of what I learnt was also a pleasant reaffirmation of how I have logically assessed and conducted most things but there is nothing better than hearing from you. I wish we could have some feedback on what is happening after we have submitted the report or how the case concluded. Often we don't hear anything and I feel that being in dark on that side is a drawback for the expert's 360degree vision.
really enjoyed the two days excellent CUBS course would recommend
An excellent course. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who writes expert witness reports or is considering it.
Excellent, another 2 days of very good learnings and detailed knowledge and an excellent instructor.
A very interesting and useful introduction to the work of the expert witness
well worth attending some of the discussion/refresher was diluted by digressing from topic course like this should be regimented - start with concepts of liability (did but digressed), clarify CPR part 35, discuss basics of examination, basic structure of a personal injury report, mention some good / bad reports, dishonesty. Some participants were ill informed about their role as "expert". could have benefitted more if focussed.
Max delivered the meeting really well, the training was very informative and relevant to professional roles and responsibilities between health and social care. Max was able to answer any questions and support to understand.
