I was really happy with the delivery of this online course. It was pitched at the right level and ran at the right speed. It is a complex subject and acted as a very good refresher from me personally having been a Controller in a previous role. Always find the Bond Solon training relevant and useful
Thank you James - I really enjoyed the session - I've taken a lot from today, particularly IRF, BATNA, PAC and the win-win mindset. One example that really stood out was the orange story. If two children both want an orange, the initial position is that they each want the whole orange. However, by exploring their interests, you can make a better decision and achieve a better outcome. That really highlighted the importance of looking beyond positions and understanding what is driving them.
An engaging session with relevant content. Very well delivered by James with plenty of real life examples.
