Everything - there has been extensive insight into the theory behind, and practical aspects of, interviewing, its purpose and key issues to consider. The teaching experience has been fantastic in comparison to other courses I have been on. Jim has clearly underpinned the course with a clear grounding in core teaching principles. His style is methodical, but far from slow. The course is pitched correctly, clearly and methodically planned, and most importantly engaging and underpinned by his own professional experience. The combination of teaching approaches, the engagement and practicality of the course exercises, and the variety of recall and practice opportunities is really refreshing.
