Nick Deal is one of the most engaging trainers I have come across in years. Absolutely fantastic and charming.

Nick was a very engaging trainer that engaged throughout the session and it was the best session of the three courses that I have completed so far with Bond Solon, very much in part to Nicks delivery style.

The course significantly exceeded my expectations. Key takeaways included a heightened awareness of the importance of staying within my core areas of expertise, as well as the value of clearly articulating industry‑specific concepts. Practising verbal explanations and providing practical examples - this would strengthen the educational aspect of my role, enabling me to better support both clients and the court.

Course was very good, and Nick was a knowledgeable and engaging trainer - possibly a little too nice during cross examination ( !! ) although he still managed to ask some probing questions which got me thinking. Doing the CUBS course, have acted as an expert witness once previously for a civil arbitration.

The training was brilliant, brutal (in a kind way) in showing us our weaknesses, which is exactly what we need to be prepared for a courtroom
