thoroughly enjoyed the course, Philip was brilliant and brought a wealth of knowledge to the course. I am an ex Constable myself and the fact that Phil is ex Police was great.

The course content was highly impressive and relevant. I believe the knowledge gained can be beneficial to professionals in a wide range of roles. Moreover, it provided valuable insights into maintaining secure personal information online, which I find particularly useful.

This is one of the better courses (both internal and external ones) that I have been on. The trainers kept me engaged throughout and delivered at the right level and pace.

I thought Leanne was a great trainer. She was very friendly and knowledge and made the course fun. Leanne's feedback has been really useful and I have left the course feeling more confident of my role as a witness

I thought Fay did an excellent job - she was engaging and interesting and somehow kept her energy levels going throughout the whole day which was commendable to say the least - that said the format of the teaching was very old fashioned and disjointed, again not the fault of Fay. Pre-course instructions were misleading and unclear - if you want participants to bring laptops then this should be clearly stated. There was no clear precourse reading or exercises to complete before the course - I think this is an opportunity missed There was a screen in the room which could have been used to go through the course material - I am a visual learner as such receiving a massive amount of information verbally does not lend itself to my learning at all - it would have been good to mix things up a bit as didactic verbal teaching can be extremely draining - especially for people with neurodiversity. The course manuals and what we referred to as the 'rules' were incredibly disorganised - I think there is little to no hope that I am going to be able to recreate the steps taken in the lectures - this aspect of the course should be extensively rewritten / overhauled to make it a linear flow of information - the logic needed to navigate the jumping around that was done in the lectures is impossible to recreate
