At first I was sceptical of the song, however it is cemented into my brain which has been so helpful. Both trainers had excellent knowledge base and most importantly they were able to break down complex information in to smaller chunks which made the learning easier to take in.

Thank you Sue for providing this training. You have helped my knowledge and understanding with regards to Best Interests, DOLS, Human Rights 1998, MCA 2005, MHA 1983, and with becoming a Best Interest Assessor. I feel so much more confident completing the assignment and with becoming a Best Interest Assessor. I look forward to applying the theory to practice which will help my knowledge and understanding even more. Thank you i have really enjoyed the training with you and Steve.

Stephanie Farrimond is a great trainer, super knowledgeable and extremely personable. The course was really insightful and I have definitely finished the course feeling much more confident in my advocacy skills.

Very relaxed environment with questions allowed throughout. No PowerPoints which is a plus. Really good exercises.

Geraint was a great trainer for leading a session on such a daunting area of the analyst world. Often one that analysts fear the most, he went through practical tips and gave a thorough understanding of how the court system works with a particular interest in cross examination. This has definitely 'demystified' the process for me as an analyst with lots of guidance and notes to keep for any potential future court appearances.
